The New TRID Has Been Pushed Back!

The day of the NEW closing docs has 

been pushed back a couple of months.  

The CFPB reported that implementation 

of the new discosures won't take effect 

until Thursday, October 1, 2015. 

This gives us all a few more months to 

consider how many more hiccups this 

change will cause for real estate agents, 

mortgage professionals and consumers!
